Relax in the beautiful surroundings of La Loma, practising yoga with Sarah Ryan. Trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, the three daily yoga sessions will respond to the needs of the individual participants. They will include asana, pranayama, chanting and meditative practices. This will be a time for you to be away from your everyday life, relax and do what is right for you in a beautiful place, with delicious organic food. The theme of the sessions, in honour of this ecological and organic place, will be connecting with the world around us. There will also be the opportunity to have individual lessons with Sarah.
