Enjoy relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of La Loma while practising yoga. Sarah has a special interest in teaching yoga one to one, having trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, so the three daily yoga sessions will respond to the needs of the individual participants.
They will include asana, pranayama, chanting and meditative practices. This will be a time for you to be away from your everyday life, relax, and do what is right for you in a beautiful place, with delicious organic food provided.
